These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the GoGo Baroness website at gogobaroness.com and any purchases made through it. The website and shop are operated by GOGOBARONESS LLC, the creative practice of artist Coco Hasegawa, based in Astoria, New York.

The website features artwork, photographs, writing, and other creative content. Unless a page says otherwise, that content is owned by or used with permission by GOGOBARONESS LLC or Coco Hasegawa.

Buying an original artwork or print gives you ownership of that physical item only. It does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce, license, or commercially use the artwork.
